What is the difference between coach and economy in a plane?

I dont want to know anything about Business and 1st class. Just economy and coach.|||There is absolutely no difference. Economy is the English expression; "Coach" is an Americanism. Different terminologies for the same thing.|||Price and seating

Coach seast are near first class

Economy seats are in the middle to back of the plane|||they still have coach class????

last couple of flights i've been on it's 1st, business, and economy...|||man your poor, coach is a step up from economy.... and ya got money to fly????????

actually they tie a string to the plane to an old western coach and pull your @$$ all the way to your destination.............|||Difference between coach and economy? None that I can think of - I think different airlines call it different things but as far as I know it's all the same.

Want to know what first class is like? check this out http://www.bombasticlife.com/t-things-ai鈥?/a>|||terminology. coach is a cabin. economy relates to the purchase restrictions (21day, 14 day advance purchase). Last time I checked, all economy seats are in the coach cabin, not in the1st class or business cabin.
