Is a coach allowed to punish an athlete who has a concussion?

Let's say an athlete sustains a concussion and a day or two later the athlete breaks a team rule. Is a coach allowed to punish him or is that illegal since he has a concussion?|||it depends on what type of punishment|||depends on the rule and yes of course it is. dont blame your negligence of the rules on your concussion( if you even had one in the first place)|||it depends on the punishment if its something you cant do with a concussion then no he cant do that if its like detention or something then of course he can if you broke a rule|||just give im a quick lovetap on the head should work well enough
